Is Great Waters a non-profit organization?
Yes, we are a 501(c)3 non-profit New Hampshire organization. Contributions made to our organization are tax-deductible.
Where are the venues located?
For the 2017 season we will be presenting five performances in the Kingswood Arts Center, 21 McManus Road (off South Main Street) in Wolfeboro, NH and four performances at the Great Hall in the Wolfeboro Town Hall, 86 S. Main St. in Wolfeboro, NH. Two performances will be at Anderson Hall in Wolfeboro, 205 S. Main St.
What time does the concert start?
All of our performances this year start at 7:30pm.
Are the seats reserved?
Seating in all sections at the Kingswood Arts Center are reserved. Seats for all other performances are General Admission.
Is there accessible seating?
Yes, there are spaces for wheelchairs, and some aisles seats have retractable arm-rests.
Can we upgrade our seats?
Yes. You can upgrade your seats by providing us with your original tickets and paying the difference between the ticket prices. Subject to availability.

If we can't use our tickets, can we get a refund?
No. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be given to someone else, or you can return them to our Festival office as a tax-deductible gift.
Where is the box office?
Tickets may be purchased/picked up until 4 p.m. on the day of a concert at our Festival Office 54 North Main Street, Wolfeboro. The box office at the concert venue opens one hour prior to the start of the performance.
What time do the doors open?
The doors open 30 minutes prior to performance time.
Are refreshments available?
If the performance has an intermission, soft drinks and snacks will be available for sale in the lobby at the Kingswood Arts Center. No food or drink is permitted in the auditorium. Please note that because the Arts Center is located on the campus of Kingswood High School, no alcohol is permitted anywhere on the premises and therefore is not available for sale. There are no concessions presently planned for Anderson Hall performances.
Please note that because the Arts Center is located on the campus of Kingswood High School, the use of any tobacoco products is not permitted.

Where can I park?
Ample parking is available at the Kingswood Arts Center. Anderson Hall has limited parking at the venue with parking available in nearby lots at the Brewster Academy campus.

Definitely - located at the entrance to the Kingswood Arts Center.
Where can I stay?

Do you offer a Youth Discount?
Yes. Youth (12 & under) receive $5 off any ticket.
How can I become a volunteer?
Those wishing to become a Festival volunteer are asked to fill out and submit a volunteer form.
