Non-Concert Related
Tent Raising (*) - Various times during the week of July 6-13
Tent Dismantle (*) - Early September
(*) Tent Duties - Various duties: unloading/stacking/arranging chairs, stage setup/reduction, washing canvas tent panels, moving choral risers, building site improvements (carpentry). Some duties require physical strength. Please indicate your abilities:
I can help with tasks involving lifting and moving items
I have carpentry skills to lend
I'll help with less strenuous tasks (but that are equally important!)
Annual $10,000 Grand Raffle & Auction - Select your areas of interest:
Decorations    Food   Setting up    Cleanup
Marketing - Distributing posters and brochures
Office Support - The festival office can always use help year-round with data entry, bulk mailings, etc. Great for students who need community service credit!
Site Setup - Help with chair arranging/numbering, setting up small tents, stage rearranging, etc. brochures

**NOTE - For every 4 hours of non-concert related duties, volunteers receive one space-available concert ticket

Concert Related
Box Office - Assist the box office with "will call", and check tickets at entry gate.
Music Store - Assist with merchandise sales (T-shirts, artist CDs, etc.)
Serve Ice Cream - Scoop single, double, or triple cones during events
Golf Cart Driver - Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years old (currently filled)
Parking - Direction of traffic to/from designated areas before performances
Security - Monitor the general site and back stage during performances
Ushers - Help stuff and distribute programs, assist guests to/from seats, clean up after performance
VIP Pre-Event Reception - Greet and provide arriving guests with name tags
