2008 Folk Festival Ticketing & Pass Information

The 7th Annual Great Waters Folk Festival will take place July 25th through the 27th. Although the line-up is still being finalized, guest performers will include

The weekend will consist of four separate events: a Friday and Saturday (*) performance at 7:00 p.m. at the pavilion; the popular multi-venue/multi-artist event on Saturday from approximately noon to 4:00 p.m. (Pinckney Boathouse, The Main Stage & our Lakeside Stage), and the wonderful eye-opening "Rise Up and Sing Out" (*) on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the pavilion.

The Friday and Saturday evening performances are assigned seating, except in Section D. The Saturday day and Sunday morning events are general admission.

Folk Festival passes for all four events are available, but only by calling the Festival Box Office at (603) 569-7710.  Individual tickets (*) can be purchased on-line or by calling the Festival Box Office. Currently, the Box Office is open Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additionally, beginning in June, the Box Office will be open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • A VIP Pass costs $160 and includes special benefits: parking at the nearby Pinckney Boathouse, an invitation to the pre-concert reception at 5:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday night; two complimentary drinks (beer/wine only) and hors d’oeuvres at the reception, and special seating in rows 1 through 4 (larger chairs with cushions and just a little extra leg room).

  • A Premium Pass costs $130 for prime view seating (and cushions) in rows 5-9. 

  • Section "A" passes cost $120 each for seating in rows 9-24, however there are a few seats offered in rows 1 through 4 (seats 1-4 and seats 22-25).

  • Section "B" passes cost $114.

  • Section "C" passes cost $95.

  • A General Admission Section "D" pass costs $80.

* Saturday afternoon tickets are $20 if purchased individually. If purchased with either a Friday OR Saturday evening ticket, the cost is only $10. To receive this discount, you must call/order tickets through the Festival Box Office.
